Event Zing Train – Keeping Score On Service

Bloomington Restaurants - BIRA - Zing Train

Local First Bloomington, the Bloomington Independent Restaurant Association and Downtown Bloomington, Inc. are proud to host a professional service seminar on Wednesday, May 28th entitled “Keeping Score on Service”. This 4 hour seminar is a follow-up to last year’s very successful presentation of “The Art of Giving Great Service”. This workshop is perfect for any business wanting to take their customer service to the next level and, in doing so, generate more sales and loyal customers. Learn how to make your business stand out from the competition.

During this seminar you will:

1. Learn the Zingerman’s approach to Customer Service and how it can be adapted to your organization.
2. Explore the benefits of measuring customer service successes and challenges.
3. Use data from customers to drive customer service improvements.
4. Employ new tools and techniques to improve your organization’s customer service.

Zingerman’s approach to business and customer service is like none other. It is both playful and fresh all the while improving your bottom line!
